- KPop Demon Hunters are featured in a special screening and Q&A featuring directors, Maggie Kang, and Chris Appelhans, who are rewriting the rules of animated storytelling.
- Phineas and Ferb creators, Dan Povenmire, and Jeff “Swampy” Marsh will be honored, bringing childhood nostalgia and behind-the-scenes magic to life.
- The Tiny Chef Show’s Ozlem Akturk will share her stop-motion secrets in a heartwarming session that’s equal parts technical wizardry and creative

The Virtuoso Award Goes To…
The 2025 SCAD Savannah Film Festival (https://filmfest.scad.edu/festival) has announced that multi talented actress and performer, Jennifer Lopez, will receive the Virtuoso Award! She is awarded for her incredible performance in ‘Kiss of the Spider Woman’ as well as her amazing career in movies, TV, music, and entertainment. The award will be given to Lopez during a live recording of The Hollywood Reporter’s Awards Chatter podcast, hosted by Scott Feinberg, in front of a festival audience on Saturday, November 1st.
The Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD) is presenting the SCAD Savannah Film Festival, which is the biggest university-run film festival in the world. It’s happening from October 25th to November 1st, 2025.
