The wait is over for an epic musical adventure at the SCERA Center for the Arts, that is located in Orem, Utah! The Hunchback of Notre Dame, based on the classic novel by Victor Hugo, is on their upcoming 2025-2026 schedule until October 4. This musical features beloved songs from the Disney animated film and an Academy Award-nominated score.
Prepare to be captivated by an epic story of love, acceptance, and heroism. Experience the iconic bells of Notre Dame ringing in 15th-century Paris. Witness Quasimodo, the deformed bell-ringer, longing for freedom and escaping to join the Feast of Fools. Be enchanted by Esmeralda, the beautiful Romani woman whose love captures Quasimodo, Captain Phoebus, and Frollo. Frollo’s mission to destroy the Roma and Quasimodo’s quest to save them all will leave you spellbound.
Directed by Michael Carrasco, with music direction by Kristi Frei and choreography by Chantelle Wells, this production is presented by arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI).
After the performance of Hunchback of Notre Dame they will present The True Story of the Three Little Pigs. This is a fun and clever musical adventure based on the beloved children’s book! Find out if the Big Bad Wolf really the villain? And, this is just the beginning of an amazing series of performances coming up, which includes Fall Break 10am matinees.
