Exciting news, the USA Volleyball and the U.S. Olympic and Paralympic Committee (USOPC), officially announced today that the TKN team, and former LSU athletes, have secured their spots on the U.S. Olympic Team roster for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
Kristen Nuss and Taryn Kloth, known as “TKN” - make their Olympic debut at the picturesque beach volleyball stadium located in front of the iconic Eiffel Tower. Imagine the thrill of being in Paris representing the nation on the world stage. It’s going to be an amazing experience for both Kristen and Taryn, and all watching as they compete.
TKN reside in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and have trained at Mango’s Outdoor Volleyball Complex. They have played together as a team since 2021, and are a dominant force on the Federation Internatitionale de Volleyball (FIVB) and Association of Volleyball Professionals (AVP) Pro Beach Tour circuit.

Kristen Nuss and Taryn Kloth qualified for the Olympics by competing in tournaments around the world on the FIVB Tour between January 1, 2023 and June 10, 2024. Their latest win in Espinho, Portugal earned them the points to secure the no. 2 seed for the Olympic women’s beach volleyball competition.
"It’s a dream come true to represent Team USA at the 2024 Paris Olympics," said Nuss. "This journey wouldn't have been possible without the unwavering support of our families, coaches, and our fans around the world."
Kloth echoed Nuss' excitement, adding, "We can't wait to compete right in front of the historic Eiffel Tower at the Paris Olympics with the goal of bringing home the gold medal for Team USA".
Paris 2024 Olympics
Twenty-four women's teams from around the world will compete in the 2024 Olympic Beach Volleyball competition set for July 27 to August 11, 2024.
