Looking ahead to the coming spring, Cedar Point has announced a full season of entertainment as they celebrate their 150th anniversary. It will certainly be an exciting time as they present many great events to join like the Frontier Festival that takes us back to the Wild West. Along with rides, and food, the festival offers a chance to meet local artisans and crafters showcasing works, as well as snap some themed photos at spots in the park.
Look for evening of fun and a parade that is the centerpiece - presenting a 150 Spectacular event and nighttime party. Wonder at the larger-than-life floats that rise over two stories tall. Each to represent moments in the park’s rich history. Cheer on talented dancers, acrobats and performers that groove to a high-energy soundtrack for a grand finale like no other.
Get ready - someone could win a special prize this season - a Cedar Point Ticket of a Lifetime. While in the park scan your mobile device at the throwback Courtesy Corps guest information kiosks found throughout the park. Each day, guests who register will have five chances to win the Ticket of a Lifetime. There's also a chance to be one of 150 winners per day to receive an upgrade to the CP 150 VIP Club, giving them access to two exclusive VIP areas, several one-time Fast Lane passes, and more. The opportunity for a chance to win a Ticket of a Lifetime each day will be available in the park during the 150th anniversary celebration, June 26 through Aug. 15.
