The cycling follows predominantly flat, country roads and lanes with little traffic. There is some hill riding, although it is broadly achievable at a moderate level of fitness. No worries if you grow tired because a support vehicle is always on hand throughout the entire trip to give guests a lift if they need a break from the riding. Throughout the trip the average distances covered is between 40 km and 60 km a day.
