Each year, we visit Martinsville Fall Foliage Festival in Morgan County we meet great folks who care about their community. Sharing good vibes and nurturing hope for the future is key to movement when it comes to helping others. When we all move in one direction together it's amazing what we can accomplish together. The Extension Homemaker's Yard Sale - November 7th - One never knows what they might find at a Yard Sale. With proceeds benefiting local youth funds, the Extension Homemaker's Yard Sale is a must visit event this November 7th. Browse the Yard Sale for gift ideas and baked goods, plus you may find vintage items like a collectable tools and fishing lures as we found earlier in the year.

Morgan County Fairgrounds History
Over thirty years after the first fair was held in Martinsville, Indiana, a permanent location was established around 1882. The first events were mainly agricultural showcases recognizing regional farmers. Soon, future events began to include more entertaining activities for the community to experience.
Today, the Morgan County Fairgrounds has grown to feature events that include antique trackers, 4-H exhibitions, delicious food, and exceptional performances. The location of the grounds were also ideal for the annual Fall Foliage Festival due to restoration work on Martinsville's Historic Town Square.
