Among the activities to explore is the Classic Wine and Spice Tasting that features LXV Wine with award-winning spice pairings. Taste small-lot LXV wine selections with their award-winning spice pairings. During the event there will be four proprietary blends served on local sheep’s milk cheese, complementing each wine’s fruit and savory notes.
The program is crafted around roughly 250 spices in the collection by founders Neeta and Kunal Mittal. With this experience the couple pair each wine with a custom global spice blend. This is part of the broader House of Mittal portfolio, which also includes MESO by LXV and Maison Mittal.
