The schedule is packed with events to enjoy leading up to the U.S. Open of Freestyle Skateboarding set for June 13-14, 2026, at Venice Beach.

- X Games League (XGL) Draft: March 12, 2026, at the Cosm in LA.
- SLS Takeover (DTLA): April 4, 2026, featuring elite street skating - "#SLSDTLA Takeover" at Mission Ace Studios.
Together, the Venice Beach Department of Recreation and Parks has joined with the USA Freestyle Skateboarding Association to bring you the U.S. Open of Freestyle Skateboarding!
It’s going to be a thrilling event as the world’s top freestyle skateboarders battle it out in a Pro/Am freestyle showdown at the legendary Venice Beach Roller Dance Plaza, located at 1800 Ocean Front Walk, Venice, CA 90291.
The Pro-Am open division is on June 13th, from 9am to 6pm. The Rookies Division is on June 14th, from 10am to 1pm. The Rookies competition is designed to be a fun introduction to freestyle skateboarding.
