Offering a space of tranquility, learning, and beauty is the Foellinger-Freimann Botanical Conservatory in downtown Fort Wayne. Along with beautiful indoor gardens, they present several exhibits that change with the seasons. In fact, now is the time for their Holiday Showcase Exhibit: Fern’s Fairylight Express.
This exhibit shares readings and colorful illustrations from Fort Wayne, Indiana author, Talitha Shipman, whose works inspire children to explore their world. See her website for more of her creative work and information on school visits.
Talitha recently illustrated the Astrid the Astronaut chapter book series published by Simon and Schuster, written by Rie Neal, a children’s book author who loves all things space.
