Located in Southeast Alabama, at 2595 Hwy. 10 in Clio, Blue Springs State Park is a ideal for a fun family retreat or weekend fishing trip.
With modern and primitive campgrounds, you’ll find plenty of options to suit your camping needs. What has impressed us most about Blue Springs State Park is the ability to actually Rent a RV that is on-site and ready for your arrival. We knew you could rent RV to drive on vacation, but did not realize they were available at some campgrounds. Rental Campers are furnished with a microwave, stove, sink, coffee maker, pillows, cookware and a small refrigerator. All Rental Campers are non-smoking and no pets are allowed in the campers. A two night minimum rental on weekends and holidays May - September. For those of us who want to enjoy the great outdoors without really sleeping outdoors this is a wonderful option!
Blue Springs State Park has 103-acres to explore, and numerous picnic shelters, tables, grills, comfort stations, and playground. A favorite spot to hang out for many visitor’s is the park's spring pool on a hot afternoon. The State Park also holds several programs and activities like community fishing events to enjoy throughout the year. And, for those who cannot live without checking their email there is FREE Wireless Internet Access in Park Office area.
