Ever Sleep in A Nest? You Can At Treebones Resort.

Ever Sleep in A Nest? It's time you did at the Treebones Resort in Big Sur, California.

Big Sur artist, Jayson Fann built these unusual work of woven wood-art. Grab your sleeping bag, climb the wood ladder, and kick back on a full sized futon mattress and enjoy the spectacular view of the ocean outside.

This is an outdoor campsite, so bring along a tent in case it rains. Other ocean view campsites are also available, and your camping experience includes use of resort facilities and self serve waffle breakfast. Be sure to check-in at least two hours before sunset to set up camp; it can get pretty dark, and the Lodge closes at 9 pm. Due to the risk of fire in California, no campfires are permitted. Your welcome to bring a table top camp stove for cooking or dine at lodge restaurant.

This is one of the Glamping resort's that have become a popular alternative to resorts and hotels. And, in addition to the camping at the Treebones Resort, they also host events like the Sounds in the Rounds concert series, Yoga Workshops, Massages, and Eco Adventures are also available.
