Niven returns to Richmond, the town that inspired her new book, to launch the release of - The Aqua Net Diaries - which traces Niven's days at Richmond High School and growing up in Richmond.  The book started out as an attempt at telling the history of high school in general, but quickly evolved into tales of her crazy high school adventures.
