Vacationing At The Marriott Myrtle Beach Resort at Grande Dunes

On our visit to South Carolina, my husband and I stayed at the beautiful Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes. This luxury resort is one of the newer resort featuring fine amenities, private beach access, and South Carolina's first infinity-edged pool. It is the superior service of the staff, the delicious meals prepared by Chef Mark at the Marriott's restaurant Ocean’s on 82nd, and the Concierge which made the visit memorable.

Whether we needed an extra pillow or arranging spa service and a golf outing someone was there when we needed help. The Concierge was especially helpful in assisting us with entertainment plans and arranging transportation around town and to and from the airport with the Extreme Limousine service.

The professional chauffeur service escorted us to Broadway At The Beach where enjoyed lunch at the Hard Rock Pyramid and shopped at the many unique boutiques, gift, and candy shops. Broadway at the Beach also has a miniature golf course, Ripley's Aquarium, a 16-screen cinema, the Butterfly Pavilion, IMAX Discovery Theater, numerous restaurants and night clubs.
After visiting the local sites we decided it was time for a bit of fun in the sun. Myrtle Beach and The Grand Strand Area welcomes motorcyclist and visitors from around the world each May to the 3rd largest Motorcycle event in the US. And, there are plenty activities and attractions for everyone to enjoy; including museums, recreation, and water sports.

Upon return to the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes we enjoyed an afternoon lounging around the pool. In the evening it was especially beautiful as the sun was setting on the horizon. The Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes is located right on the beach so we could stroll along the shore and enjoy a swim.

As for comfort, the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes has the most comfortable beds we've found on our travels. Once you lie back on the bed you'll find your asleep in moments. We loved the view from our room that overlooked the ocean, and everyone was very helpful. We defiantly look forward to returning to the Myrtle Beach Marriott Resort at Grande Dunes in the future!
