Bistro By The Beach Replaces The Sandpiper Inn

As winter slips away and spring flowers begin to blossoms it is time to think of a elegant, but casual getaway at the Sandpiper Inn. One of the Jersey shore’s best kept secrets; The Sandpiper Inn, offered wonderful packages. Although, just as the season change, so do establishments, and The Sandpiper Inn is no longer a destination for getaways in New Jersey. You can join owners, Chris and Harold Cullison, in Florida at the Sandpiper Inn, located at 5451 Gulf of Mexico Drive in Longboat Key, FL.

In 2011, Executive Chef B.J. Brown opened Bistro By The Beach in the location along the Jersey Shore. Now, you can sample some of the areas best dining at the Bistro By The Beach. The innovative tasteful cuisine has drawn recognition, and was recognized in 2013 as a top dining destination by Trip Advisor.

Menu items included lighter fare like their famous Beached Shrimp, Asian Calamari Salad, and grilled flat breads. They serve the freshest fish, and offer daily specials that include swordfish to Monkfish. Their pasta is made fresh daily, and customers rave about their Italian dishes. After dinner, enjoy one of their tasty desserts or a gelato.

We hope you enjoy sampling the creative and new culinary delights of Executive Chef B.J. Brown at Bistro By The Beach!
