Mt Washington Valley Has Charming Bed and Breakfasts Ideal For Your Next Getaway

There's so much to do and see year-round in the Mt Washington Valley, and a ideal choice for your getaway is one of the lovely Inns and Bed and Breakfasts. Often, these Inns and Bed and Breakfasts offer special saving on packages to create the perfect getaway, and here are a few of our favorites:

Snowvillage Inn, Snowville, NH: Maple Sugaring Weekend: With daytime temperatures warming to the high 30’s and nights still below freezing, maple sugaring season gets into full swing in the last weeks of March. It all culminates on the fourth Sunday of the month. Located close to several large maple producers, many of whom will be offering demonstrations on tapping trees, collecting sap and boiling it down to syrup, the weekend features the best available accommodations Friday and Saturday night, along with dinner on Friday and Saturday night, breakfast on Saturday and Sunday morning and a bottle of maple syrup to take home.

Riverbend Inn, Chocorua, NH: Maple Sugar March Packages: Come taste and discover how local sugar shacks make maple syrup. Watch teams of oxen collect sap, and learn various methods of making syrup at the Remick Museum in Tamworth. Plus, for breakfast, enjoy fresh fruit compote with maple syrup and granola, blueberry pancakes with maple syrup and maple-flavored bacon.

You'll also find the Covered Bridge House, Farm by the River B and B, Buttonwood Inn, Mt Washington B and B, and the Cranmore Inn, which are all beautiful Inns and Bed and Breakfasts Inn Mt Washington Valley. Each offers  lodging packages throughout the year, as well as during the Annual March Maple Madness Weekend at the end of March. All packages include accommodations, daily breakfasts featuring maple products and tickets to a self guided tour of the inns where maple sugar sampling is encouraged and a fun scavenger hunt may result in prizes. Everyone takes home a nice collection of maple recipes too. Some inns include dinners, others add sleigh rides.
