When it comes to diversity and a laid back atmosphere there are few places that compare to Key West. This is one destination where you come as you are and you'll fit right in. Key West is also home to many talented performers, including the Drag queen, Sushi, the leader of a troupe of world-famous drag performers.

Key West knows how to throw a party, especially on New Year's. While the East Coast counts down to the ball drop in New York, in Key West they count down the moment to when Sushi is dropped down in an eight-foot red high-heeled shoe!

Remember, this is Key West, where they celebrate diversity and the arts. And, if you’ve never experienced a Drag Show, then this is the best place to do so. Each evening before the show begins, Sushi's girls cruise Duval Street in style in a big white caddie. The crowds love it, and shout out for the beads they throw. From the 801 Bourbon Bar down along the strip, visitors and locals alike stop whatever they're doing to snap photos and cheer on Sushi and her girls.

World famous comedians like Richard Pryor and George Carlin shocked and amused their audiences with their raw talent. Sushi and her sassy group of girls are Characters of the Keys, and do the same. Regardless of their race, religion or sexual orientation, these are performers, who slip into a persona like we slip on a pair of shoes. Except Sushi and the girls do it with a sassy and brassy edge that sexy and brilliant, and leave the crowds howling for more. If this is your first visit to a Drag Show be sure to catch the early show because this production becomes more risqué as the night progresses, which makes it even more appealing to many of Sushi's fans.

Bold and fabulous, Sushi and her drag performers offer a exciting alternative to a typical nightclub show. Then again, we're in Key West, where nothing is typical and the unexpected is celebrated daily. One thing is for certain these girls know how to rock a crowd and they look amazing doing it!
