The Pacers & The Fever Keep Fans On The Edge Of Their Seats At Conseco Fieldhouse, By Melody Schubert

The Indiana Pacers took on the Minnesota Timberwolves in Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, and although they did not win this one, it was a exciting game! I admit, this was my first basketball game, and I loved it. We had great seats, and the action on the court rarely stopped. The Pacers players were ready to respond to every move the Minnesota Timberwolves made. They pulled off some slick moves, and keep fans on the edge of their seats throughout the game.

Conseco Fieldhouse is a great venue that not only host the Pacers games, but also the Fever. The women of the Indianapolis basketball team the Fever have really been rockin it this year. They have defiantly earned their spot in Basketball history or scored big for women in sports!

When it comes to the breaks and half time there are plenty of options for snacks at Conseco Fieldhouse. We were surprised how affordable it was to get a drink and popcorn. Unlike some stadiums and sporting venues Conseco Fieldhouse has reasonable prices and this makes it great for fans. During the breaks the beautiful Pacers girls took the court to entertain the crowds. Then there was Boomer, the Pacers Mascot who made us laugh and pulled off some great stunts of his own.

Looking around at the crowd we noticed everyone was enjoying the game. The kids were thrilled when they showed up on the big screen playing air guitar. This was a great way to enjoy an outing in Indianapolis, and the action continues throughout the spring!

While I did not understand all the moves in the game, I learned that Basketball is a exciting game for fans! Check out the Pacers website www.nba.com/pacers/ for upcoming games or following them on Twitter at http://twitter.com/indianapacers and at Facebook on http://www.facebook.com/indianapacers?ref=ts.

Thank you goes out to the entire Pacers crew for making my first game a memorable one!
