On The Air With Merle Exit - We last caught up with Merle in
Shreveport, Louisiana, where she hosted her radio show from the Robinson Film
Center, and spoke to Brandy of the Shreveport-Bossier Convention and Visitors
Bureau, and the Mayor of Shreveport, pictured with Merle above.
Esther - As a comedian, Merle finds laughter around every corner on her travels. And, she never misses an photo opportunity with Esther, a rubber chicken from the Rubber Chicken Forest located at the Twisted Oak Winery in California. While in Shreveport we attend the Mardi Gras Float Party, and everyone started laughing when they spotted Merle and Esther aboard the float. The next question on everyone's mind was where they could get their own rubber chicken.
Whirl With Merle - If you've met her, then you know Merle is "A Hoot," as she might say. Life is a adventure, and she finds humor everywhere as she travels about the globe; meeting new and interesting people. In her book, Whirl With Merle, It's A Humorous Life, she shares her adventures in life that have led her along many funny paths.
