Escape To The Moonrise Hotel; A Cultural Capsule With
A Modern Edge:
As we dined on a delicious sampling of crab cakes we
discussed our favorite collections of celestial
objects found throughout The Moonrise Hotel and the
Eclipse Restaurant. As we enjoyed each other's company
we came to the conclusion that we were staying in a
cultural capsule with a modern edge. The Moonrise
Hotel and the Eclipse Restaurant have captured the
essence of a golden age when hospitality was the top
priority, and wrapped it up in stardust. Here, each
night is a dream under the moon when you snuggle into
the double pillow-top mattresses and close your eyes.

across the muddy waters of the Missouri as those
desperate for freedom did on the nights they crossed.
Few escaped. Others, captured faced the certainty of
cruel punishment and death.
