The late John Wooden has been called
America's greatest coach and he has inspired generations both on and off the basketball court, providing valuable lessons on coaching and mentoring.
The coach of 10 NCAA basketball championships in 12 years with the UCLA Bruins, Wooden was named Coach of the Century by ESPN. His achievements off the court were equally impressive, including being awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom,
America's highest civilian honor.
Now, a lifetime of Coach Wooden's ideas on how to live life without sacrificing your moral principles can be read in his final book, "The Wisdom of Wooden: My Century On and Off the Court."
