Chicago's U Lucky Dawg’s Serves The Best Chicago Hot Dog
Old endings and a new beginning is just what
the “U Lucky Dawg” owners “Larry and Randee Estes” have accomplished. Larry
and Randee have owned this location - that use to be “Fluky’s” on Western
for the last eight years. They believe some change will be good, and is also
the best way to continue giving Chicagoans excellent food, service and
dining experience that was at one time the original guiding philosophy of “Fluky’s”
founder Abe “Fluky” Drexler.
They will continue to serve the Classic
Vienna pure beef Chicago Hot Dog that has been served at this location for
the last 8 years. One thing for sure, Chicago is a city that is well known
for its casual fast foods as much as its fine dining and Chicagoans love
their Chicago Hot Dog.
Like a classic diner that you can't get enough
of, U Lucky Dawg’s is well known for their Chicago Hot Dog, which has
remained the same and is the absolute best hot dog you’ll eat. The hot dog
includes: mustard, relish, onions, pickles, hot sport peppers, sliced
tomatoes and celery salt on it. YUM! “U Lucky Dawg” is also offering a new
treat called the Habanera Hot Dog that is not for the faint heart. Other
menu items include a wide range of delicious burgers, sandwiches, side
dishes and ice cream creations.
“U Lucky Dawg” opened it’s doors on
February 14th, 2006 and will continue the tradition that dates back to the
Great Depression with the same great food that made Fluky’s on Western great
for the last eight years.
